Even with an approval letter in hand, it is hard to get an agent to show you a house. We went through listing agents, local agents supposed to know the area to no avail. Chad answers his phone. I know it's hard to believe. An agent in this day and age that answers his phone and wants to sell houses. Our dream house was out of the way, but Chad's only question was where and when. Excellent professional that made the deal happen! If you are buying or selling you want Chad Palmer on your team. I would highly recommend him, and will only use him in the future!!!!!
