Chad helped up buy our first home--a townhouse in South Denver. I recommend Chad because he was more reliable and more honest than other realtors we contacted. However, Chad's knowledge of the system was probably his most important attribute for our purchase. I unwisely chose a bum company for my home loan, but each time they became unresponsive or dropped the ball, Chad was there to push them. In fact, I would go so far as to say that if Chad hadn't been our realtor, we would not have been able to purchase this property.
