Chad Nason is amazing! We sold our townhome through him, and he made the process so easy. We first met with him in July 2019, and we had closed escrow by early October 2019. Wow! My wife and I even took 2 international trips during that time, and Chad took care of everything while we were away. Paperwork, staging / photography, inspections, open houses, working with the Buyer and his team, etc. It was all streamlined. My wife and I hardly had to do anything. Chad & his team were there for us every step of the way, going above and beyond our expectations, particularly in answering the myriad questions we had. This was the first time we had sold a home, so Chad made sure to help us navigate this unfamiliar territory. He was always available, and eager to make sure we understood the process and were informed at every stage. We could not have felt more comfortable and at ease. More than just a top notch agent, Chad is your partner in this real estate journey, whether you're buying or selling. He is personable, positive, and just an awesome person to work with, and be around. And I challenge you to find someone who knows the real estate business better! My only regret with Chad is not finding him sooner. We are currently working with him to purchase our next home, and we are proud to call him friend!
