The Chad & Karey Team was formed in 2010 by Chad Loblaw and Karey Grover with a vision to offer knowledge and guidance to buyers and sellers in the Finger Lakes and Rochester regions. It’s our goal to fully understand the needs of each individual or family and to personally assist our clients through every step of the process. No property is too big or too small, and we look forward to the opportunity to help all of our customers find the home of their dreams! We both work full time as real estate professionals and we work as a team in order to provide our clients with as much scheduling flexibility as possible. We have 20+ years of combined experience in real estate and have spent that time not only as agents but as students of the local real estate market.
