During our months-long home-buying adventure, spanning numerous counties in the Shenandoah Valley, Chad was engaged, responsive, and patient with our questions and concerns. He was available by text, email and over the phone, for regular conference calls. Lost count of how many homes we toured, many of them more than once. His extensive professional network was helpful on multiple occasions, from home inspectors, to plumbers and electricians. Chad is personable and friendly. Loved his fun socks! His low-pressure style gave us the time and space to consider our options, and find the property that we never expected to find, but are sure glad we did! We love our new house!
