Buying a home with Chad as our Realtor was an awesome experience. Its been 30 yrs since buying a home and we were unsure of everything that goes with it, but Chad was there for us and made it easy. It didn't matter the questions we had because Chad had the answer or he found out the correct answer and communicated it as soon as possible. From the time we started to look at homes, through the closing process, and even weeks after Chad was there answering questions and making sure everything was great.
