He never tried to sway us in any direction and was patient with us as we looked at house after house for 2 years! He was very quick to respond when we had questions or wanted to schedule a showing, and very flexible with his time. When we finally found our dream house, Chad was quick to get our current place on the market. Within a couple days, we had a photographer come take photos, showings and an open house scheduled, and offers on the table within a week of having ours accepted on our new place.
