First of all, the reason I went with Brookshire and Hathaway is because they are a nationwide company. The data that I give them went all over the country, and when I use them in the future to sell another home I know the same data will be out there nationwide where everyone can see it and we get a quick sale. In the beginning Chad contacted us and we had a meeting. He was really good at assessing everything and got great comps. for our area. Then the time came to put the house on the market. A buyer hit it right away they got all their paperwork done, and things fell apart with their financing .Never to fear Chad came up with another idea and sent buyer to another financial institution. Who scooped them up right away and they did it in record all the way to the closing. My family and I appreciate everything that this man and this company did for us and I would definitely refer him to anyone I know selling a home in that area. In the end everybody is happy.
