I would highly recommend Chad, he goes above and beyond. Anytime I called he would answer if he didn’t answer he would call back or text soon after. He paid attention to detail and made sure I was taken care of. I used Chad to sell and buy my homes and he’s a great agent to work with. I will definitely be using him next time and also recommend him if anyone’s looking for an agent.
