Chad is an awesome realtor, very knowledgeable and helpful. He really cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. Best realtor I've ever worked with and I have already bragged about him to people I know and I refer people to him every chance I get. Chad is patient and took his time to make sure all my concerns and requests were addressed. He's the kind of realtor that makes you feel as if you're his only client.
