Chad stuck with me through a very difficult sale and process for over 400 days and he sold it. I had this house on the market for 3 years. He is very knowledgable and did ever thing he could do to help get my house sold. I do mean he worked very hard as did I. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody!
