My wife and I decided to move away from DC in late 2021, and immediately began meeting with prospective realtors to help us sell our house in Glover Park by Spring 2022 when we planned to move. We ultimately selected Chad because of his local knowledge/expertise in Glover Park, his experience selling off-market within the Compass network, and most importantly his personable demeanor and the way he made us feel incredibly at ease from our first meeting. Our first child was born at the beginning of the process, and we were so grateful to have Chad's support as he seriously couldn't have made the process any smoother for us during this incredibly hectic time. Selling a home is normally an extremely stressful endeavor, and yet, even with a newborn baby in tow, my wife and I pretty much never felt stressed during the process because of Chad's masterful work.
