Chad helped sell my home in Escondido and was a top professional through the entire process. As expected, due to COVID-19 there were some bumps but he got us over asking price on our home and we closed on time (yay!). Thank you Chad! Will be referring my friends and family.

We really appreciated how quick he was to respond to our requests to see a house we were interested in and he would send listings our way as soon as they were on the market so we could see them ASAP in case we wanted to put in an offer. I feel like he really listened to us so he could help us find exactly what we were looking for, and because of that we ended up in the perfect house.

Chad did more than just help us sell our condo. He took the lead on everything that was needed to get it done. We felt like rock stars as he did all the work and made everything so easy. I sat back, he did all the work, and we got an unbelievable deal. Seriously, if you want personal attention and someone that does EVERYTHING immediately use Chad. If you don't want perfection then go someplace else. Could not have been a better experience!
