Chad went above an beyond as our real estate agent. There were many obstacles in selling our house this year and Chad helped us over each one. We cannot say how much we appreciate his hard work and communication with us through it all. I could not reccomend him enough!

Chad was absolutely easy to work with, I can’t say the same about myself. I was very specific in what I wanted, and Chad searched far and wide to find something that fit my specific parameters. He answered my calls, and was quick to respond to texts. Most importantly, he was very patient. It took almost two years to find the perfect property, yet Chad never lost his patience with me. He treated me like I was his only client. Chad is awesome!
