Made the deal happen

Chad closed the deal. He made everything easy and gave great advice. I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a home and will be using him in the future.

It went as smooth as I could have imagined it be.

This was my first time buying a house and Chad made sure to explain everything that I needed to do and have. He made sure to break everything down for me so that I understood it. He took the time to answer my calls and answer any questions I had. If you're looking for a realtor I highly suggest Chad.
