My wife and I have used Chad multiple times since 2021. We have sold 3 houses and bought 2 house with Chad. On each transaction, Chad showed superior knowledge of the market and gave us excellent advice. Most importantly, Chad is a man of integrity which is very hard to find in this field of work. He was honest with us and those we worked with. Communication was also really great.
