Chad is awesome, a consummate professional. Went above and beyond normal expectations, he was amazing. Answered all my questions, followed up on all of my special requests, always made things work, seemed to be available 24/7, very hard-working, answers calls/emails super fast, very responsive, extremely accommodating, and very knowledgeable.
