Doug Knutzen is the best real estate agent on the Long Beach Peninsula. After living on the Peninsula for 25 years, my husband passed away and I remarried. My new husband and I owned four properties between us. We decided to leave the Peninsula and needed to liquidate our properties. I started by selling my business and residence building, the Bay Trader. It could have been a difficult property to sell but Doug sold it the same day it was listed. He then sold a Willapa Bay front house which I had been operating as an Airbnb. The property sold for full price in an as-is condition.
