Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated his recommendations of things that needed done to the house and people to do them. He was able to connect me with reliable electricians, plumbers and contractors. He made sure that each thing was done properly, even to the extent of crawling under the house several times. This transaction was a very positive experience.
