True to the title! She knows her stuff. Beyond knowledgeable about all things for buying and selling of houses, she is very nice. She’s politely honest about getting your house ready to list. She also helped us buy a house out of the area. She made arrangements with others if she was unable to make it to view the houses that were hours away. She had great tips for selling. I’d definitely recommend her to family or friends if they need to buy or sell. If in the future we need an agent, I’d call her again!

It is clear from the start that Traci has a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience with the home buying process and our local area, which alone is so valuable. But beyond that, the other traits that she possesses that were so valuable to us in our experience were - her grounded, logical, clear and calm nature. She is a great listener. She was consistently proactive in informing us of next steps and transparency about the process. Her communications were excellent- responding quickly & well to questions and confusions we had come up. Traci also demonstrated that she was a true professional and colleague in the area. She had excellent relationships with other people and entities involved in the process. We bought our first home from Traci and it was a no brainer to go with her for our second home.
