I was moving from half way across the country and she did everything including facetiming properties and recorded clips of entire walkthroughs. Without visiting our new home in person before we purchased, we were more than satisfied and our first time walking in.

had a great experience when we originally purchased the house, looked at many, but got hooked on this one. with her contacts, we thought this would go fast and easy, little did we know that the ground would literally jump up and bite us both in the dairy air. it sold fast, but had to be delayed for many months, in order to fix the septic system that was installed improperly by the previous owner, no one knew until it failed. made contact with previous owner and got the whole sordid story, false documents, every detail, still had to fix, and that's where Traci shined, with her resources and contacts we was able to get through it all. she was available at ALL TIMES, she went far and beyond the call of duty to Help me get through this, we had many set backs and challenges we had to figure out and coordinate with many professionals to get this completed. the House sold quickly, but the final closing took a few months to complete, had to wait for the septic system to get rebuilt and inspected. somehow the appraisal did not go as planned, despite her attempts to inform the appraiser of the situation, he acknowledge and affirmed that it was going well. i can't seem to say it enough, Thank You traci Cypher for helping me get through this, even though it cost me to get out of the house, it could of been alot worse, if you had not been there to help me get through it all :)

We were still living in eastern Washington, so she researched homes that met our criteria, visited them for us, took video, and set up a Skype tour of the property we were most interested in. Traci understands the local real estate market, and explained we need to move quickly on properties to have a chance of getting an accepted offer. So she moved quickly, and so did we. Traci was just amazing!!! She made the transition from Fort Worth to Oak Harbor a walk in the park. She made sure we were well informed and when the time came to purchase the house, all we had to do was say, "this one" and everything just fell together perfectly! She referred us to a wonderful home mortgage lender, helped us with the search for our new home through skype, virtual tours, she even did the final walk throughs with video home inspections and foreseen all problems that could (and some did) come up, so when we had some problems to face Traci already had the solutions ready!
