Being first time home buyers, we were frightened by horror stories of people being taken advantage of while trying to find a home. We consulted several agents and they all seemed as if they just wanted to rush the sale. "Pick 5 houses and see them all on one day and submit offers". That's not our style and luckily we found Cesar who is super patient and knowledgeable. Not only did he show us a plethora of houses, but he was always available to help us at a moments notice.
