I have a background in Architecture where I worked for 12 years and had the opportunity to serve different type of clients, such as: Banks, Multifamily residential buildings, Condominium complex buildings, Commercial buildings, Shopping centers, Movie theaters, Corporate office design, etc… In 2004 as I worked in a project closely to the real estate broker who was in charge of the condominium sales, as I saw her do her job, it awakened in me an interest towards the real estate industry. And In 2005 I went from designing spaces to serving new clients to accomplish the American dream of owning their own business or home. I have now been in the industry for 18 years already and I have the experience of working with REO/ Foreclosure properties, short sales, commercial, condo, coop and all type of residential properties. My background in architecture and knowledge about the zoning, the building code, the DOB regulations, and the different components of a building has helped me quickly identify potential future problems and quick solutions for them. Also throughout the years, to better serve my clients I've gone through many seminars, courses and coaches. I am very familiar with the bank lending process and guiding the buyers, sellers & investors in the right direction preparing their credit and finances towards their next purchase. Throughout my journey, I've learned that we must first give in order to receive. When we serve with honesty, truthfulness, humbleness, loyalty, reliability, patience, care and professionalism, we create a win win situation between us and our clients. At the end we end up receiving the same in return, if not more. I was born in Ecuador and I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese. My wife Marinalva is from Brazil and we have two beautiful kids. Carolina who is turning 18th and loves to sing all day long, and Alexander who is 14th and also signs and dances all day long. As a family hobby we enjoy playing soccer & basketball in our backyard in the late afternoons!
