My professional journey began in Lima, Peru, where I studied Architecture, Design, and Marketing. This experience allowed me to understand the true potential of every space. In 2000, I moved to the United States and worked as a General Contractor's Project Manager on luxury renovations in Miami Beach, overseeing projects in some of the area's most exclusive properties. This role honed my ability to identify and maximize the unique qualities of each property, transforming a house into a valuable home.
When I arrived in the Lowcountry, I not only found an incredible place to live but also a community I deeply value. For nearly a decade, I ran a successful landscaping business, which gave me an intimate understanding of the local market and the value of each property in the area. This experience has been foundational to my real estate career, allowing me to integrate my construction, design, and marketing knowledge to help buyers and sellers make well-informed, strategic decisions.
