It was a pleasure to work with Cesar Jimenez. I started my home search a few months before returning from my deployment. However, California is a very rough market. I got discouraged months before returning and gave up briefly. However, when I was ready, Cesar was always ready to show me a new home. Throughout the process, my desired home and budget changed several times as I attempted to adjust to the market. However, when I finally put in an offer that got accepted, Cesar was ready to help me get started with the closing process for my future home. There were a few bumps in the road with the closing process, but he remained honest and empathetic throughout the process.

Cesar's knowledge about the current housing market, process and procedures with the VA Loan, and his overall informative insight went well beyond my expectations. In my books, he's the MVP. Cesar coordinated and stayed informed with all parties involved during my home search, offer & repairs, and subsequent closing. He went above & beyond and always answered my questions. He is always readily available when I called, and would reach out to me to keep me informed of any updates. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I highly recommend Cesar. From start to finish Cesar made the selling experience easy, digestible, and lucrative. As an out of state owner Cesar managed the transfer of keys as my previous tenant moved out, professional photography, and had an extensive list of contractors to help with last minute fixes. During the bidding process he broke down each offer into net income sheets for me in a digestible single sheet format and was available to walk me through the pros and cons of each offer. While the home did have to go through multiple buyers, Cesar was always transparent and never let the sale lose momentum. While things were quiet, Cesar would make sure to keep me updated at an appropriate rate that allowed me to not stress and feel confident things were moving forward. I do not have enough great things to say about Cesar’s positive attitude and quality of work. He truly reshaped my opinion of the real estate process with his professional and work ethic. Thank you!
