Cesar was very supportive in a bad buyer's market with terrible overvalued choices that always were disappointing, and amid rising interest rates. Cesar was there through all the showings, and helped me to eventually find the best we could do. He was a very hard worker and made every effort to be available for showings and tried his best on negotiations with sometimes impossibly difficult and in my opinion deceptive sellers. He also followed up prior to closing and also after the sale. I would strongly recommend Mr. Colman.
