I am highly recommending Cesar Iracheta. He was very quick responding and fast with the entire process and I felt like he genuinely cared for you to pick that house that fits you. Even though COVID restrictions should have made it slower I think with the online resources things were really sped up. I absolutely loved that we did mostly everything digitally except of course the house hunting. Besides the efficiency on his part and his team, he was very polite, honest and very knowledgeable. We also worked with his work partner Fabian Coria, a mortgage broker, that was on top of everything too. This team left us very impressed and will be working with them in the future if needed.
