Cesar explained the whole process of listing the property as oppose to FSBO, which I did initially. He was not pushy at all. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Was quick to set up the property (pictures/description) to be exposed to Zillow and MLS. He always gave me an update for people who were interested with the property.
