Before writing any review, It is necessary to understand my situation: - [ ] 1- I didn’t have any experience in buying any property in the US and I wasn’t familiar with rules and regulations. - [ ] 2- I had at most two weeks to choose and buy a property. - [ ] 3- I had limited amount of money. - [ ] 4- The property had to be safe, clean, quiet, and located in beautiful area, close to large stores and good restaurants. - [ ] I found 15 apartments through internet and sent five messages to five real estate agents. I received only one response who was from Mr. Ces Guerra. He started to work in all of them and provided useful information and meanwhile he made necessary appointments to visit some of them. With the help of Ces, we chose the best option which covered all our needs regarding our limited time and money. - [ ] Ces is an expert, trustworthy and informative real estate agent.
