My husband and I cannot express enough how thankful we are that the LORD had us to work with Cerritos Johnson. My husband was at a Superbowl event with my dad, and he complimented the homeowners on their home. They gave us Cerritos Johnson name. It wasn't until months later we finally reached out to her because for so long we did not think we would qualify for a home. My goodness were we wrong. Do not reach out to this woman if you're not ready for your home because she's GOOD and I mean REAL GOOD!! We called Mrs. Johnson on a Monday, met her the next day/Tuesday. Looked at two homes that same week on Thursday and Friday. And it was the home we viewed Friday that we ended up purchasing. Mrs. Johnson not only helped us get our first home, but she was with us every step of the way. My husband and I were clueless in the process and she taught us so much. She never left us hanging, she made herself available at any and all times for everyday, including weekends. I known of a few folks who have used realtors and my heart goes out to them because they were left in the dark with certain details and needed information. That was NOT the case with Mrs. Johnson. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism, her care, and her treating us as if we were family. We all know when we are dealing with family, we go above and beyond. She did just that with us. Mrs. Johnson, may Psalm 115:14 surround you and your family!! *Sorry this was so long, I just cannot express enough our amazing and unforgettable experience with her. We need more realtors who takes pride in explaining things to their clients, and not making you feel dumb for asking questions. My father always told me a dumb question is one you don't ask, and I was asking a lot and Mrs. Johnson always had the answer and the patience to explain and made sure we understood. If you're not ready for a home, do not reach out to her because she is ready to serve you and give her all!!
