Cerita is our realtor FOR LIFE!

Okay, maybe not -for life- because she has to retire at some point, but she has helped us with two properties so far. The first one being a rental when we first moved to state, my husband and I found her through his parents. She worked SO hard to help us find this rental, day and night answering emails, answering calls, and she was so patient with us too. When we decided, two and a half years later, that we were ready to buy a house, we knew that Cerita had to be our realtor. It wasn't a question to us. Cerita set the bar pretty high for us in terms of realtors. She was never phased by any odd questions we threw her way, she was eager to learn with us and try new things, she taught us along the way and guided us in the home buying experience. My husband and I have never purchased a home before, and Cerita made this one of the smoothest processes I have ever seen before! She worked hard on finding houses in our price range, and tried to help us find everything on our "must-have" list. She set us up with THE BEST recommendations such as inspectors, contractors, electricians, and more. My husband and I continue to be blessed by Cerita through every year we've known her. She spoils us, and we couldn't be more grateful. When she does retire, we will be sad to have to find a new realtor because one does not simply replace someone like her.
