Celine went above and beyond our greatest expectations! She prioritized getting to know us, what we were looking for, and was clear and direct about what it would take to get it. She communicated not only with us, but also our lender, so we were well prepared before touring homes. Celine made a strong portfolio of candidate homes and made the tours fun and exciting. She helped us to picture ourselves in each home and weigh the pros/cons, always keeping our best interests in mind. Celine guided us in crafting an offer we were comfortable and confident in, and drew on her experience to coach us to a competitive offer. It was because of Celine’s experience, dedication, and passion that we found an amazing home and had our first offer accepted, despite multiple competing offers.
