As a military family we have other obstacles to buying a house that typical families do not have such as, not being able to see a house in person, knowing nothing about the region, making tough decisions from different timezones, and the VA loan process. Celia went above and beyond for our family to not only find our dream house, but to make the stressful process easy for us from afar. She made multiple trips to take videos of homes and was extremely responsive to all of our questions, quos, and not to mention how knowledgeable she is to real estate, the VA loan process, and the Miami/South Miami region. Celia is an absolute JOY to work with. She was in contact constantly and worked to find our perfect house in a very competitive market. Our seller was nervous about taking a VA loan. However, she was incredibly knowledgeable to help them see the advantages to working with VA loans. She also had contacts throughout the community to help us through all aspects of the buying process. To make things more complicated, we were moving from out of state and under get down to house hunt personally. She did all our walk through sand inspections personally for us, videoed everything or video called. She even bought a drone to get pictures of roofs!!! She made everything EASY for us.
