This is the second home Celia Chu has sold for us- one that was in pristine location with beautiful home, backyard, furnishings etc!! However our second rented home would be considered a lot less than pristine. Celia’s communication with the tenants was stellar. Being extremely respectful to the tenants, seller, and buyers and time made the sales transaction go smoothly. Celia is amazing, she knows her stuff and was super helpful every step of the way. She sold our house in less than 3 days (and we had multiple offers!). We ended up getting above asking price and it closed in less than 3 weeks-- it was the most smooth and easy sale ever- and all to Celia's good work and excellent negotiation skills. All of this during a pandemic for goodness sake! She is also super fun and easy to work with-- really honest and candid and always fair. We loved working with her and plan to use her again next time we need to sell/buy another house.
