Celi was amazing. We were first time home buyers, doing most of our house hunting online since we didn’t yet live in Savannah. Celi was very accommodating to our schedule, knew exactly what neighborhoods for us to look at based on our budget and the type of home we were looking for. At one point we toured 8 homes in a day, but she did a lot virtually. We trusted her so much that we ended up closing on a house we never saw in person until after. We are very happy with her service and will recommend her to people every opportunity we get.

I first hired Celi three years ago when I was looking for property in Savannah. Since then, I have purchased two properties and sold one. I admire Celi’s down to earth approach and candidness. She is up to date on market trends and as a former contractor’s daughter, she has a good eye when evaluating and examining property. She is timely in her responses and attentive to her client’s needs. Professionalism is exhibited in all her interactions. I highly recommend Celi Tambon.

We like a realtor who can relay to us and we got along with Celi really well. She showed us a variety of properties and found one that fits our needs. She’ll be our official realtor from now on.

She is thorough. She went above and beyond her job duties. She excelled in every phase of the transaction. Top of all that she’s a very very nice Person. She makes you feel like family. Highly recommended

Celi was an absolute godsend during this process. She helped us find our forever home that fit us and our hopes perfectly, even with us being out of state for the search. She was flexible with our tight schedules and helped us see homes when we were able to come into town, then did tours virtually with us when we weren’t able to come in person. We really appreciated how much she helped us learn about the process too, since as first time homebuyers it was overwhelming at times. She also took the time to check in with us regularly throughout the process to see how we were feeling about the search, if we wanted to shift our focus on anything, and was supportive when we had to take a pause in our search. We really can’t express enough how grateful we are for her help along the process, and we highly recommend her!

We had the best Realtor Celi Tambon. She definitely helped us find our dream house! She is Definitely your Realtor if you're looking to by in Savannah! P.s She is from Savannah so she is completely knowledgeable of all the areas surrounding and in Savannah which is a bonus!

I would trust her with anything---trust means almost everything with me.

Celi is fabulous!!!! With just a few questions for us, she knew exactly what we wanted. Location, neighborhood, what we were looking for in a home. She immediately called us and set up a viewing on homes within hours of it hitting the market, filled us in on the disclosures on the listing and always made us feel like finding us a home we would fall in love with was her top priority. She was the most professional, honest and honorable agent my husband and I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Combined with the fact that we were moving from another state and had absolutely no knowledge of where to start. Celi is a life saver!

Working with Celi Tambon was an easy experience. She took care of all the details and paperwork. She kept me updated on how things were progressing. Her suggested sales price was good -- not overly high or low - she has a good undestanding of the current market. The house sold quickly and at a very good price. She is a very professional and knowledgeable agent.

Celi is a Savannah native with connections to help us get our property repaired & ready for sale in a short time frame ! Her prompt responses & practical solutions helped negotiate offers that exceeded our expectations! She & her team were realistic & transparent through out the process. We have bought & sold before & her knowledge of the area was an asset.

Celi was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, if she had questions she found the answers. Was a great experience with her guiding me every step of way. Would definitely list with her again, awesome experience

Celi was so great to work with! We bought our new home from out of state without seeing it first - that’s how much we trust her! She knew what our needs were and helped us so much knowing we couldn’t do our own inspection and such. She even brought activities for our kids when it was time for closing, which was so helpful since we were between homes at that point. Thank you Celi!
