That said, if you were my client, I would insist you hire the team of Jeff and Celeste to handle the sale of what is probably your biggest asset. They are professional, understand the market as evidenced by their research and proposal and go well beyond any other realtor I have ever worked with. In 117° weather they were outside with me preparing my home for the perfect open house. They arranged cleaners, a stager and a professional photographer that made my home look magazine worthy. Not all realtors give this care. I have experienced a level limited to throwing it on the MLS and hope it sells. This was not the case with this team, they were there from the beginning to the very end making sure I got the best return possible. My home sold during the open house with five offers all that list or above in the market when homes weren’t selling that quickly. Trust them and you won’t be misled.
