In a tough housing market.

Well, the housing market was and most likely still is a tough market. It defiantly not a sellers' market. Not sure it was really a buyers' market either. Celeste and Mike were there to share knowledge and stayed true till the end. I do not believe that there was no tactic they could of done better. at the end of the day it took the market , interest rates and and world events to get buyers to step up and get off the fence. I am thankful for all they did.
