Celeste was my buyer agent during a very difficult sellers/buyers market. We had to coordinate the selling of my home with the buying of a condo. It took 6 months but it all came together. Celeste hung in there with me and kept an eye out for what condos to show me. She changed the search as it became clearer what I wanted and could afford. After a long day of viewing condos, we found it. Celeste contacted the agent so that I could get in that day and off we went. The contract negotiations were difficult since there were several sellers. The market had changed from the period before so all of our expectations had to be managed. Finally 2 ratified contracts! Celeste has continued to solve settling in issues, which I have really appreciated. She went beyond the minimum requirements of a buyer's agent. Thank you
