We were so happy to have gotten to work with Cedric! He came to us highly recommended. He and his team were a very good match for us. We'd never sold a house before, had to move in a hurry for a new job, and have a toddler - overwhelming. We were very intimidated by all we had to do, but everything worked out perfectly. We found a house we love, quickly, and we sold our old house in a week! He offered us incredibly useful advice about how to prepare our home to go on the market, and it clearly paid off.
