It was a hard road for me and I wanted to give up more then once Mr. Rice wouldn't allow it and exhibit so much compassion for what I was going through He researched the area, the crime rate Making surei would be safe where I was wanting to live He knew so much about everything concerning the neighborhood and the surrounding area He knew everything about the house from when it was builded to the age of all the appliances , water tank ,heating system and was instrumental in having a new roof put on Mr. Rice truly seems to work magic I very happy with my home and so is Gadget He has his own fenced in backyard I will recommend him to anyone looking to by a home not just a house

During a time when the housing market was hectic, Cedric was calm and was able to talk me out of making rash decisions such as purchasing sight unseen. If it had not been for the patience exhibited by my realtor I would have purchased a money pit because I was frustrated with being outbid by investors. Cedric did not view me as just a commission but he truly cared that I found my forever home. He had readily available contacts for home inspections, he did a thorough job of walking me through each property (inside and out) to make sure we checked for any damages that could later cause me grief.
