Mr. Pate has been my agent on several home purchases. As always, it was good working with him!

My wife and I was determining whether to build or buy. I made mention to her if I found a house that has what we want in it, I would forego building. I had been looking at a house that I was quite interested in but the numbers didn't work for me. However, I made Mr. Pate aware of my interest. After watching the house online for a couple months, it was taken off the market. Four months later while looking at another home, I received a text with a link from Mr. Pate and it read "That the house you were looking at some months ago is back on the market and the cost has gone down". I pulled over, open the link and to my surprise the numbers were just where I needed them to be! I had him schedule a viewing and the rest is history! THANKS MR. PATE FOR HELPING US SEE IT THROUGH!!
