I have had the best real estate experience working with Cecilia Young. I had concerns on how to proceed with the sale of my father’s house that was put in a trust so, I reached out to a relative in another state who is also a real estate agent, and she put me in touch with Cecilia. Since this was a trust sale, Cecilia’s due diligence in her research and preparation were meticulous. She made sure the house met the sales requirements prior to putting it on the market. With her knowledge and experience, the property estimate was fair and reasonable and it was sold fairly quickly within the asking price. My appreciation of her was further escalated when I saw she had continue to make daily visits and monitoring of the property to ensure safekeeping of the property until escrow closes. I was so lucky to have her as my realtor and I would “highly” recommend her to any seller. I have told my family and friends, that if they ever need to sell their property I know an “awesome” realtor. Thank you Cecilia for doing an amazing job.
