Cecilia did a fantastic job from day one. She gave me all of the information on my home with pricing and comps. Also, did 2 open houses to bring in lots of traffic to the home. She also, responds very quickly to any correspondence via text, email or phone call which is really important to me. I would recommend her to help sell your home!!
Great experience. Cecilia's work ethic, knowledge of real estate, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond and handled every aspect of our purchase, home inspection, finding a lender, walking us through closing, face timing walk thru for us twice, providing and installing a lock box so I could have a friend accept delivery of my vehicle, negotiating with seller to include some extras that we were interested in, and making me a list of electricians, handy man, carpenters, and made a list of businesses, and attractions of the area that she thought we would be interested in. Most professional and the absolute best realtor I have ever done business with, and a complete pleasure to work with. I would recommend to anybody in a second.
