"Over a year ago, I was looking for a real estate agent who spoke Korean as well as english. I emailed Cecilia and other agents if they knew a real estate agent who speaks korean. Cecilia wrote back that she can ask around and she believes there was one agent who does speak korean but she was a bit far away. Cecilia and I stayed in touch over the year. I reach out to her in October saying that I think I am ready to find a home and she went above and beyond of getting me info and following up. We visited several homes in the area I was interested in. She was asking the proper questions to the listing agent and she was flexible in the scheduling appointments and she was very diligent in organizing all of it. Cecilia was very professional and dependable in my real estate search. With the hot and very busy real estate market, Cecilia was always available to answer any questions and concerns I had immediately. Being from California, I was not available to roam around South Florida to see property before actually taking a trip to Miami. Cecilia went out of her way to make phone calls research property and send me listing almost daily. I had so much confidence and trust in her that I signed power of attorney for her do conduct the walk-through on my new construction home. We spend almost 5 months trying to close the deal with the bank for our first house, and she was always on top of everything making sure we complete all bank requests on time.
