We met Cecilia by chance when we were possibly moving here to Richmond Hill from Florida. We happened to be driving by a house that she had listed and met her in the yard. It was a chance meeting but definitely a wonderful coincidence. She immediately made time for us that weekend to look at a few homes. At this point we were not remotely certain about the move but that didn't discourage her from spending time with us. We did not contact her again for many months but when we did we picked right up where we left off. She was patient with us and paid close attention to the things we needed. At one point she did a Facetime showing with us on a home when we couldn't get to Georgia to see the home for ourselves. Once we found some potential homes she negotiated flawlessly on some of our concerns in the closing deal. We never doubted her expertise or her attention to our situation, being that we were doing all of this long distance from Florida.
