If you've ever worried about whether or not a company was really going to make sure your property was a) kept rented, and b) maintained well… well don’t. Her team is truly amazing. They have great relationships with all of the reputable tradesmen you will need to fix things when they break… and you KNOW that sooner or later they will. Whether you’re planning on using a Home Warranty plan of going it alone so to speak, Cecilia’s team takes care of everything. Rest assured… everything! Over the years Cecilia took care of everything in between renters like painting new carpet etc. We always felt she had our best interests at heart. And believe me the longest time our house was not rented between renters was like, maybe 10 days, thanks to her proactive approach to everything. So let me rave some more. When it came time to sell our house because it looked like we were not returning to Richmond Hill, we put everything in Cecilias hands. When she said change the wall color… we did. When she said change this or that to match current desirable marketing attributes, we did. We totally put our house in her hands and trusted her completely, and boy we’re glad we did.
