Excellent experience with Cecile!

I highly recommend working with Cecile if you are buying or selling your home. She has sold my Art Museum condo in 2006, she found a beautiful Narberth twin for me to buy in 2007, and a few months ago (Spring 2021), she orchestrated the sale of my twin. Cecile started giving me advice 6 months before I put my house for sale, she knew what I needed to do to make my home appeal to prospective buyers. Once the house was staged, and her professional photographer took beautiful shots, things happened very quickly under her constant supervision. She handled all appointments and open houses, and we soon had several offers, all above asking price!! The process was very well explained and everything happened like clockwork, I could not be any happier with this experience. Cecile is a top-notch realtor!
