This experience has given me a deep understanding of the full homebuying process—from financing options like VA and Rural Housing loans to important details such as flood and home insurance, title work, and contract negotiation. My knowledge of the numbers and all the moving parts involved in a transaction helps me guide my clients with confidence and clarity. Real estate has always been a passion of mine, and I chose to pursue it more fully once our children were grown. I’ve been married to my husband, Jake, since 1997. Together, we have five children and share a love for boating and life on the water. Jake sells boats in Marblehead and also holds his real estate license, making real estate a true family affair. We live on beautiful Catawba Island in Port Clinton and have been avid boaters for as long as I can remember. I truly believe in building lasting relationships with my clients. Whether it takes a day or five years, I’m committed to helping each person find the right home—not just any home. My goal is for my clients to feel confident and thrilled with their purchase, no matter how long the journey takes. And even after the deal is done, I continue to be a resource and support for anything that comes up.
