Cecee had been showing me properties in Yuma AZ for years and she never gave up on me or coped an altitude. She was always very professional. She must have shown me 60 properties with in the last couple years. Not only did she show me all the properties I found on Zillow but she also educated me in the housing builders and market in AZ. Had I not connected with Cecee I would have made a grave mistake based on the price of the homes. She went over and beyond what a Realistate agent does. The education I received from Cecee is priceless. Once I was educated Cecee found me my house. She knew my price point and also knew where I wanted to live so after looking at the places I was viewing on line she took me to a house she said she knew I would love and boy was she correct. I walked in the house and said this is it. I was not ecstatic about the price because it was a little higher than I wanted to spend but as Cecee knew I fell in love with that house and had to have it. The sellers wanted a 3 month escrow and I figured that would give my finance guy plenty of time to have all that is needed for a smooth transaction. Was I totally wrong, all the way until I was driving to AZ to do my walk through my finance guy kept telling me all is set and I am good and ready. It took an additional weak for my finance guy to do his job and I'm pretty sure Cecee had to not only tell him but show him how to do things a lender does. Cecee made it happen and was always calm and collected even offered to use her finance guy since mine was a joke. I can't thank Cecee enough for all she did to help me out. I will and already have recommended her to all my friends and family and any one looking for a place in Yuma Cecee Honaker is most definitely your person hands down!!!!! While I was asking too much for my property, Cece stuck with it. She gave as much to it and never tried to low ball me jut to get a sale like other realtors in that area. Realtors that do that have little ethics and only care about a quick commission. That was not Cece. So thank you. The price I settled on was lower than expected, but not Cece's fault. The market dictates.
