Above and beyond!

The logistics of buying a home while still residing in another state can be daunting. Fortunately, CeCe helped me navigate the local housing market very well, and we toured several properties in person when I visited and some via video with her help after I went back home, including the home that I eventually ended up buying. Throughout the process, CeCe proved to be extremely knowledgeable, prompt to respond even outside of office hours, and had great advice starting from making the right offer in a bidding scenario to completing thorough due diligence including geological surveys, and having everything that she was responsible for completed on time while coordinating effectively with all parties. She even got me in touch with a local lender, an insurance agent, and an attorney, all of whom proved to be very helpful in navigating different aspects of the process. Now, that is what I would call going above and beyond, and I would definitely work with CeCe again!
